You can merge several rows of files into one row for those books with more than a single file (i.e. file for each chapter). Select rows by left clicking on the left coloumn (row header) of the rows and drag your mouse to mark all the relevant rows. Then click Merge selected or Split selected to merge or split the rows.

You can also enter the ISBN manually for those books where the guessing failed. When you are done press Save to library to add all the books, that their Save Book coloum is checked, to the library. Note: Books without ISBN, or with an ISBN that already exists in the library will NOT be added.

Add new book window

Book files

This box contains acctual files of the book. Book extras such as sources or excersizes should not be added here. Just place the book in it's own directory and you can access them from the main screen by right clicking the file and choosing Open Containing Folder

ISBN

For real eBooks use the Guess to try and guess the book's ISBN.

If it works (a number will appear in the ISBN box) the book's details will load automatically.

If the guess failed but this book has an ISBN try searching the document (double click the file to open it) or searching the web.

After manually inserting the ISBN press Fetch Info to download the cover image and details.

In case the above didn't work, or do not apply for a specific book, choose Get random and fill the details manually.

Action Buttons

If the add book form was opened automatically, it means the directory monitor has found a new book.

To ignore the file press Ignore File, the file will never be prompted again for adding.

Cancel will ignore the file only for this run. It will be prompted again the next time you run eLibrary.

Don't bug me will simply stop prompting for new books in the current run

ISBN

The International Standard Book Number, or ISBN , is a unique[1], numeric commercial book identifier.

In the program real ISBNs that can be used are the 10 or 13 digits versions.

For non-commercial books, use some random letter for the ISBN, so the program can distinguish between commercial books with available online data, and custom/non international books.
